Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

The owner is an older man who was working at the register. He was very unpleasant and didn't go out of his way to be kind. While waiting for our pizza we witnessed him arguing with his staff over an order that HE rang up wrong, talking under his breathe when a staff put the pizza on the shelf he didn't want them to, and was verbally disrespectful to his staff. My six year old commented on how rude he was, it was that obvious. Please drive a bit farther and support a different Papa Murphy's this man does not deserve our money, and his staff deserve to work at a place that is kinder and treats people with disrespect. He needs to learn what grace and courtesy are, and how to treat staff with respect. You are only going to get out of your staff what you put into them. I apologized to his staff when he stormed off into the back and told them I was proud they stood up to him as he is a bully.

Ordered pizza online, it was ready when I arrive early!! Tasty and filling! Did you know you can add garlic to your pizza?! Highly recommend!

It's decent pizza 🍕. I'm constantly having to argue or provide my online order total because when I go into the store to pay... the owner never charges the correct price via online total (usually it's 3 to 7 dollars more) then what the total was online. I literally have to show my order conformation with the total for him to even consider the online price. Agin decent pizza 🍕 but service could be smoother.

Do NOT eat a this location! It has really gone down hill since the new owner has taken over! I asked the gentleman at the register if it was his first time running a register because he was really having a hard time ringing up a basic pizza.He was very rude and told me he was the owner! The owner doesn't even know how to run his own register. I than seen the so called owner start making pizza without washing his hands and no gloves.. I feel sorry for his staff. They are always working so hard and it seems they are always short staffed. It's heart breaking to see a restaurant that used to be very pleasant to go and get a pizza. To what it has become.. The pizza I received had sauce all over it. The other pizza I ordered was a garden veggie. I watched them make it and when they used there hands to put on my veggies. There was water pouring off there hands and dripping right on my pizza. I took it home and they both baked terribly. My garden veggie was so soggy. I will never be returning to this location. Papa Murphy's needs to find a new owner! This place is still a joke.

Called to order a pizza, it sounded like someone just picked up the phone and put it down, walked away. No answer on the other end, no please wait, yet, I could CLEARLY hear people on the other end talk to other co-workers, I highly doubt they would be talking like that if there were customers in the building... ... tried to call back 3 times in about a time span , and the phone was was off the hook... Guess you are doing so well at that location, you must not need any more business headed there...
